Observed flour uncovered in dry storage room by kitchen; observed napkin used as a stopper for wine bottle in bar; observed beer stored on floor in walk in cooler in basement. Please store food protected at all times. Cover flour and label; provide a proper lid/stopper for wine bottle; and store all food/alcohol 6" off the floor at all times. (750.120/130) Immediate/Onsite
15  Observed the following non-food contact surfaces to be improper: 1. raw wood in inside of silverware drawers in front drink station; 2. raw wood on inside of cabinet shelves below microwave; 3. torn gasket on walk in cooler - upstairs; 4. broken drawer - 3rd one from end in bar; 5. rust on both pop racks in basement; 6. rust on inside of chest freezer in basement; 7. raw wood on shelves in walk in cooler in basement; 8. raw wood on liquor shelves in liquor storage in lower level; 9. rust on inside of metal cabinet in liquor storage room in lower level.
